    Raygus: He fires a beam of chaos energy at the target.
    Emok: A spell that brings any object or being to Tomec. However, he must also say the name associated with the target he's using it on in order to summon it.

Bio: Tomec comes from a family of sorcerers, giving him the ability to use magic; by using chaos energy, he is able to cast powerful spells with various effects. He's exceptionally talented in learning magic, as he has learned numerous spells by the time he was 8 years old. As one of the mobians born and raised on planet Rabba, Tomec had only ever heard of Mobius through stories from his teachers and family; at the age of 12 he joined the Demon Slayer Organization in hopes of seeing it. Unfortunately for him, he was instead stationed on Rabba to protect it from demons that might have bypassed the planet's barrier. He was understandably disappointed and angered by this. During his demon slayer training, he would learn how to apply his magic in combat. While he does have some skill in the martial arts, his go-to is magic; using spells to boost his stats and dealing damage in a number of ways. Despite being stationed on Rabba as a security detail, he is a member of the King's Knights class in the organization. He awaits his chance to fight for the freedom of Mobius in Sonic Heroes Legacy Rebellion.
